A real niche of the motorsport world that I've come to adore and be a part of thanks to my work is truck racing - in 2021 I started commentating on the Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship thanks to recommendation from David Addison, and since then I've become the "English Voice of Truck Racing" (as sombody once called me)!
After two great seasons packed with action, fun and laughter, which have seen Norbert Kiss dominate and take back-to-back titles with Revesz Racing, I am ecstatic to confirm that I'll be back again in 2023, starting with a trip to Misano in 2 weeks time.
I won't be attending every round in person this year, but will be on-site for the International ADAC Truck Grand Prix at the Nurburgring - easily one of the most fun events I've ever been to - as well as the back-to-back challenge of Le Mans and Jarama at the end of the year.
Every day in the ETRC Paddock is a joy for me, and I love being around the people that organise the series, the drivers, teams and my colleagues at Wige Solutions, who provide the awesome coverage. I've had a bit of a whirlwind start to my year, so keeping this in my armory for 2023 really means a lot, and I'm ever grateful for the ETRA and Wige's belief in me to go for another year.
They've always been good to me, and our working relationship is so strong, so let's go! Who will be watching the season opener on the 20th of May?
